• Tuesday 25 March 2025 Important update on school meals As a school, we were disappointed to learn that paid-for school meals will be increasing from £2.20 per day to £3.00 per day (for children in Reception-Year 6) and from £2.10 per day to £3.00 per day (for children in Nursery) from 1 April 2025.Whilst we recognise that everything will increase in cost from time to time, we feel a daily jump of 80p/90p per day is completely unreasonable. For example, if you have three school-aged children in your family this is an increase of £12 per week.We don't think that it is fair that hard working families who are already battling with the cost of living hikes should have to deal with a such a significant increase for school meals.We've been working hard behind the scenes to come up with a solution and can confirm that Lemington Riverside will be funding the increase from 1 April 2025, up until the end of the summer term (17 July 2025) - this will mean that prices for school meals will remain at the
