Welcome to our wonderful school
We are Lemington Riverside Primary School, a truly inclusive school at the heart of our community overlooking the mighty River Tyne. We educate children from the age of 3 up to 11 and are a one-form-entry school (we have one class in each year group).
Our school is a magnificent Edwardian building, with spacious classrooms, break out spaces, libraries, ICT facilities and an exciting outdoor environment. We also have a community hub on site, providing additional activities, services and support to our children, families and the wider community.

Next week we welcome the book fair back to Lemington Riverside.
There will be lots of fantastic books to choose from at discounted prices for children age 0 up to 11.
The book fair will be open in the main hall between 3:30-4:00pm every day from Wednesday 9 October up to and including Tuesday 15 October.
Feel free to come along and browse, there is no obligation to buy anything. If you do choose to buy a book, payment can be taken in cash or on card.
Our school receives a percentage of each payment - all money we make through our book fair will go into buying new books for our school library.

This is part of our ongoing partnership work with our local football club. Our current NUFC challenge is around collaboration (working well together) - the three children in school with the most points come the end of this half term will get to visit St. James' Park to interview some NUFC players in the media room!
An incredible opportunity that money couldn't buy!
