Welcome to our wonderful school
We are Lemington Riverside Primary School, a truly inclusive school at the heart of our community overlooking the mighty River Tyne. We educate children from the age of 3 up to 11 and are a one-form-entry school (we have one class in each year group).
Our school is a magnificent Edwardian building, with spacious classrooms, break out spaces, libraries, ICT facilities and an exciting outdoor environment. We also have a community hub on site, providing additional activities, services and support to our children, families and the wider community.

What’s Happening...
Tomorrow (Thursday 7 November) we will be selling a range of Remembrance Day items on the playground between 8:45-9:00am priced at £1 each.
All proceeds raised will go to the Royal British Legion charity.
In school this week all children are learning about "why we remember" on 11 November and are making their own poppies to wear on Remembrance Day.
On Monday 11 November we will mark Remembrance Day with a 2 minutes silence on the playground at 11:00am. 7 Likes

We had over 70 families apply for tickets and 30 tickets available to give out.
If you applied and have been successful, your child will come home with a letter today and your tickets will be available to collect from the school office.
If you have been successful but cannot make the performance for any reason, please do let us know as soon as you can so we can give the tickets to another family.
Thank you! 12 Likes
